Media Specialists: 3
1. Media specialists are responsible for maintaining the video/audio equipment.
2. Media Specialists confirm the quality of the video/audio files being recorded and guarantee the safe collection of the videos for archiving.
3. Media Specialists handover the video/audio files to the Stat Takers for data collecting, and/or submit files to the DM for archived streaming.
4. One media specialist will be responsible for assisting our professional commentator, Bill Teale, if he is broadcasting the tournament in question.

Bracket Masters: 2
1. Bracket Masters are responsible for confirming the information in ALL brackets: scores, records, goals for and against, goal differences and bracket points.
2. Also, all playoff seeding, their scores, and final standings for every team.

Gym Runners: 2
1. Gym Runners' responsibilities vary depending upon the needs during a tournament.
2. Gym runners may also be called upon to assist Media Specialists and Bracket Masters.
3. Also, responsible to get players to register on line.

Roster Keepers: 2
1. Roster keepers are responsible for confirming roster's names and Jersey numbers.
2. Roster Keepers need to collect as much available information about teams during a tournament: confirm numbers with players' names, check players' time played, shot records, substitutions, etc.

Stat Takers: 5
1. Stat takers have the most tedious job outside of being the database manager. The goal is to have at least 5 Stat Takers reviewing games from a tournament (there can be as many as 60 to 70 games per tournament).
2. The goal of the LM is to limit the amount of games per each Stat Taker as possible; a stat Taker could review as many as ten games from a tournament.
3. The more Stat Takers available the happier everybody is.
